We're roughly at the halfway point of 2026, and I haven't published a single word on this blog since January 1st. Maybe an explanation is in order.

When I set these on my shelf recently, I thought to myself "this is a pretty good encapsulation of my video game preferences." My next thought was "I wonder how I would rank all of my favorite video game series?"
